In providing these Services, we utilize third-party language model providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Groq. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be sent to these providers as part of our service delivery.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

We offer the following subscription plans:

Free Plan

The Free Plan is available on a limited basis and may be granted by our team members. It includes:

• 10 messages per day
• 1 custom audience per month
• Access to OpenAI language models only

Fast Plan - $20/month

• 20 messages per day
• 5 custom audiences per month
• Access to OpenAI language models only

Smart Plan - $100/month

• 100 messages per day
• 10 Smart messages per day
• 20 custom audiences per month
• Access to all language model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, Google)
• Ability to clone personas from your data

Billing

Unless otherwise specified:

• All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• There are no refunds for partial months of service
• There are no refunds for unused messages or features

Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. If we do change prices, we will provide notice of the change on our website or by email, at our option, at least 14 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree with the price change, you have the right to reject the change by canceling your subscription before the price change goes into effect.

5. Data Privacy

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to such processing and you represent that all information you provide is accurate.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Irreality Labs, Inc. and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you submit to the Services. By submitting content to our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing and improving our Services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

In no event shall Irreality Labs, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
