Required: an email address (or list of email addresses) that you want to have access to Rally.

Step One

Everyone that is added will get an email with the subject line “Welcome to Your Rally Free Plan”. 

 

 

Step Two

Visit https:app.askrally.com/login (or visit https://askrally.com and click login in the top right corner). Enter the email address and click “Forgot Password”. Note: it must be the same exact email address that we registered for them.

 

If someone signs up without Rhys or Mike adding them, or they use a different email address, they will be hit with a paywall or the option to book a call. We are currently in a beta testing phase, and so we try to know everyone who is currently using the product. The free plan is not advertised anywhere, and only offered to friends of Rally.

 

 

Step Three

Find the email with the link to reset the password and click the link, then type in your new password. If you don’t see this email, check your spam folder.

 

 

You’re In!

You should be redirected to the application, logged into your new account. Click “Start Chat” on one of the existing audiences or “Create” to make a new one. https://app.askrally.com/audiences 

 

 

We load your account with several pre-generated audiences you can feel free to use.

 

Ask your audience anything – we find open-ended questions work best to discover potential objections your audience might have, or find what resonates with your audience.

 

 

Click on “View Responses” to see the individual responses for each AI persona in your audience.

 

 

Click on an AI persona to see what their demographics and backgrounds are.

 

 

You can also share a chat with others (once you share, anyone with the link will be able to view), or export the results as CSV (including the personas and individual responses).

 

 

Use ‘voting mode’ by adding options to your prompt, which makes your audience choose what option to vote for (as well as providing you with their reasoning why).

 

 

Create a new audience by typing in a name and description for the audience and hitting “Generate”. Each persona will be unique and match the description you provided. You can keep pressing Generate until you have 100 personas in your audience maximum. 

 

You can “Enrich” your description if you want ideas for what information would make a good audience (this uses AI to add more details to your description, based on what you already had). On the Smart plan you can also clone your audience from existing data (CSV upload or copy and paste text one at a time), for example from interview transcripts, social media profiles, or survey responses.

 

 

Smart mode also lets you change the model provider you use in settings, as well as switch on Smart mode which uses a more powerful AI model (currently gpt-4o instead of gpt-4o-mini).

 

 

You can see your usage statistics at https://app.askrally.com/account, and click Manage Subscription to upgrade to get more daily messages, audiences, and other features.

 

 

Visit https://app.askrally.com/subscription, choose your plan, and enter your credit card details to upgrade. Your subscription payment will be processed each month via Stripe.
